Web Accessibility

Our commitment is to make this website accessible, in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications in the public sector.

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with Royal Decree 1112/2018 due to the exceptions and lack of compliance with the aspects indicated in the following point.

Inaccessible Content

The content listed below may not be accessible for the following reasons:
Some aspects of two-way voice communication may not meet the minimum requirements.
Some aspects of keyboard and conditional pointer gestures may not meet the minimum requirements.
Some non-text elements may not be correctly labeled.
Search engines search automatically without requiring any user action.
Some text in another language may not be correctly labeled.
There may be occasional code editing errors on some web pages.
There may be office files in PDF or other published formats that do not fully meet all accessibility requirements. However, efforts have been made to ensure that most of them do.

Preparation of the following accessibility statement

The method used to prepare the statement was a self-assessment conducted by the web development manager.

Content that is excluded from the scope of RD 1112/2018 as established in Article 3, Section 4
Content that is exempt from compliance with accessibility requirements due to imposing a disproportionate burden.
The request for accessible information must clearly specify the facts, reasons, and request that demonstrate that it is a reasonable and legitimate request.

Application procedure

If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, the interested party disagrees with the decision, or the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a complaint. A complaint may also be initiated if the twenty-business-day period has elapsed without receiving a response. Complaints can be submitted through the General Application on the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation’s website, as well as through the other options outlined in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
